New IAAF member Syncron UK are running an after-sales excellence seminar on how to fast track business through after-sales service optimisation.

When?  Thursday 12th October 2017 – From 12:30 to 18:30
Where?  The Icetank, 5-7 Grape St, London WC2H 8DW –  Icetank is well situated, with Holborn, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road stations all 0.3 miles away.

He has a profound experience with supply chain optimisation and service parts management and worked in the past for companies like Assa Abloy and Volvo Trucks. In his current position at Syncron, he is a trusted advisor who has lead several of the world’s leading supply chain companies to success in their spare part strategies.

Mike Smallbone, Membership Development Manager, IAAF
Mike will give an overview of the IAAF work as a Trade Association, some of their members and how they fit into the Supply Chain. Mike will also discuss the threat the Connected Car potentially has on the Aftermarket, and will also be talking about “Right to Choose” in relation to Block Exemption Regulation. Mike has an extensive experience of more than 35 years in the Automotive and Aftermarket industry. His experience includes senior management roles with Motor Factors through to heading up Garage Concepts at The Parts Alliance. Mike joined the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation in 2015 where he is responsible for creating new initiatives, products and services.
